Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast Policies

• The Inn at 802 sleeps six comfortably.

• You may make reservations on-line or by phone. We require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

• Check-In is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Early Check-In is available by request at the time of reservation. If you need to arrive late please contact us to make arrangements. Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.

• Cancellations obviously adversely affect us. When a last minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize but must ask that you honor our agreement. If our Inn can rebook the date, we will gladly give you a credit toward a future stay. You are also welcome to send someone else in your place.

• If you must cancel or shorten your stay, please let us know 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We have a $50 cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel, or cancel within 30 days of your reservation, you will be charged for the entire reservation including tax.
